About the Role
As a HR Business Partner for Corporate Retail, you will play a key role in supporting the employees of this area. You will be responsible for implementing HR guidelines and providing full support on employee relations management. Your main goal will be to create a trust-based relationship between the company and the employees, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Be a strategic partner in supporting the development of the organization according to business needs;
* Provide inputs on organizational improvements;
* Support on performance management review, retention strategies and succession planning;
* Lead the salary review process;
* Manage employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution;
* Liaise with HR Administration team to ensure all administrative tasks are well communicated and managed;
* Maintain reporting files on a monthly basis to monitor progress on organizational charts and HC/FTEs vs budget;
* Work on HR budget and forecast;
* Schedule regular meetings with employees to support their development and advise HR T&D Team on training and development needs;
Requirements
* 4 years' experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role in Retail Industry;
* Problem-solving attitude, attention to details, excellent communication skills;
* Well organized and able to meet deadlines;
* Good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations;
* Passionate about people management and luxury retail environment;
* Fluent in English
