As our Retail Business Development Director, you will lead the business development strategy and new and existing retail relationships for Gunnebo Entrance Control in Italy.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a company going through a period of immense growth and innovation. You will be responsible for building, developing, qualifying, and closing the pipeline of new business opportunities in Italy. Your goal is to maintain and develop a client hunting list, pipeline, and sales plan to ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Build, develop, qualify, and close the pipeline of new business opportunities in Italy.
- Maintain and develop a client hunting list, pipeline, and sales plan.
- Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved.
- Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Understand and act upon cross-selling opportunities and present applicable Gunnebo's solutions and services of our full product portfolio.
We are looking for a team player with an eagerness to learn. You should have demonstrable experience of working in the access control Industry (technical or sales or managerial) with a solid working knowledge of security solutions. A strong network in the commercial properties and institutional verticals is also essential. You should possess a proven background utilizing a consultative / solution sales approach strategy.
Benefits- A competitive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum.
