This patented technology uses proprietary algorithms and robotic arms to produce advanced components with no limits in scale across industries like Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Design, and Architecture.

We offer our clients a wide range of solutions including design development, engineering for AM production, manufacturing prototypes and pre-series with no limit in scale, line production of finished parts, as well as support in internalizing 3D printing technologies and training workshops.

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our administrative operations, handling routine accounting tasks, supporting the entire invoicing cycle, and maintaining accurate records of annual and infra-annual documentation.

Your responsibilities will include crucial support for shareholder reporting activities and various administrative tasks. With attention to detail, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with analytical skills and passion for working with numbers. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Economics or equivalent experience in a similar role. Italian Language proficiency is required, while good knowledge of English (B2 level) is also essential. Additionally, expertise in MS Office package (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary.

  • Routine accounting management
  • Preparing, organizing, and verifying administrative documents
  • Management of active and passive invoicing cycle
  • Supporting preparation of financial reports and administrative documents

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
