Job Summary
The Administrative Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in implementing quality assurance processes, managing administrative duties, and promoting a culture of excellence throughout the hotel. Key responsibilities include:
  • Serving as a gatekeeper for all requests directed to the GM
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
  • Protecting the privacy and security of guests and coworkers

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
* Provide analysis and recommendations to improve performance based on historical and predictive data
* Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the hotel

Administrative Duties
* Support the GM with administrative tasks such as monitoring email, drafting communications, and planning meetings
* Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional, and compliant with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Education and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role or related field
* Proficient knowledge of English and Italian (both writing and speaking)

Skills and Qualifications
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking ability
* Passion for standards, audits, policies, procedures, and systems
