We are seeking an experienced Administration Specialist to join our team at Randstad Italia SpA. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting one of our clients, a leading telecommunications company based in Milan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing administrative tasks, facilities, and resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily office operations, including asset management, fleet management, and facilities maintenance
  • Supporting the sourcing and management of administrative suppliers
  • Providing IT support to team members, including computer setup and internet guidance
  • Coordinating meetings and office events
  • Delivering administrative support to department staff as needed

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of administrative processes
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess fluency in English, Chinese, and Italian. Our client offers a competitive salary of €26,000 - €28,000 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise required for this role.
