Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline office processes to ensure maximum efficiency and organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating daily activities and supporting senior management.
  • Foster smooth communication and collaboration between different departments.
  • Plan, organize, and manage company travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation.
  • Maintain a well-functioning office environment by optimizing facilities and resources.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
