Job Description

Korian, a leading healthcare and assistance provider, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal Affairs team as a trainee.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and analyze regulatory updates that may impact our business operations;
  • Manage, collect, and archive documentation;
  • Prepare contracts with freelancers;
  • Support debt recovery efforts;
  • Provide legal assistance in contract drafting, negotiation, and management;
  • Assist in legal dispute resolution;
  • Update and maintain the company's legal reporting and support the organizational unit in administrative tasks;
  • Provide legal counsel and assistance to other business functions, preparing notes and opinions;
  • Develop and update the Data Processing Register, prepare informative materials, and policy documents related to data protection.

Requirements:

  • Law degree (bachelor's or master's);
  • Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in English.
