The Role

We are seeking a Sustainability Strategist to join our team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Industrial Development. The successful candidate will develop methodologies and tools to integrate sustainability policies into our daily business processes, supporting all Brands in meeting our ambitious science-based targets. The role requires strong expertise in ESG issues, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benchmarking and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing sustainability reporting systems
  • Supervising participation in public tenders for subsidized finance instruments
  • Measuring and monitoring Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions
  • Implementing Circular Economy guidelines for new product development
  • Preparing de-carbonisation strategies to achieve net-zero by 2050
Requirements
  • Economics or Engineering university degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, either in a leading consulting firm or a high-end brand
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Interpersonal skills, excellent listening skills, and communication abilities
