About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Saur EUROPE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Monitor resources availability and adequacy during the project.
  • Project Documentation: Develop and update project document lists based on contractual requirements, assigning resources and defining engineering milestones.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Procurement Management: Develop procurement plans to monitor inquiries progress and feed the internal Procurement Department.
  • Client Management: Be the focal point for clients for all contractual, commercial, and schedule-related matters.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate tools.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Team Leadership: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Project Performance: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Communication: Develop comprehensive project execution plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Professional Development: Use and continually develop leadership skills, attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven Project Management Experience: Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with project management software tools.
  • Travel Requirements: Availability for traveling for short periods mainly for meeting with clients.
