Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Specialist to join our team at ENGIE SERVIZI S.P.A. in Italy. As a Building Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and operation of our clients' facilities, ensuring the efficient use of energy and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and civil systems.
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency plans to reduce energy consumption and costs.
  • Coordinate with the contract manager and industrial services team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement energy-efficient solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
