Your Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our Global Operations Team as a Junior Innovation Project Manager in our Global Headquarters in Madrid.

This role will deliver a wide standard approach to innovation project delivery, manage and balance resources needed for each project, and provide full and accurate visibility of portfolio status.

The successful candidate will provide continuous support to the teams involved in innovation, setting and maintaining project management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage a well-defined project management process.
  • Develop tools and templates.
  • Provide training in best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage resources from several departments, including Operations, Global Quality, Marketing & Commercial/Sales, and Business Unit Managers.
  • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments.

Requirements:

  • University education with a degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable engineering or industrial organization background.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Proven expertise in FMCG global organizations as a Project Manager, with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
  • Expert knowledge of both Agile and Traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Experience working with diverse teams in a matrix environment.
  • Good communication skills to all organizational levels.
  • Able to operate with senior managers within the company.
  • Able to work with competing goals.
