Job Title: Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager

Job Summary:

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Business Innovation and Change Management to join its Change Management and Business Innovation Unit (BIU). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects that drive business innovation and change management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects that drive business innovation and change management within the organization
  • Develop and implement business innovation and change management strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business innovation and change management opportunities
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • At least six years of work experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking or private equity
  • Strong knowledge and experience of change management and business innovation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and a second UN language is a plus
