Job Title: Change Management and Business Innovation Case Team Leader

WFP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Change Management and Business Innovation Case Team. As a key member of our Innovation and Knowledge Management division, you will be responsible for driving business innovation and change management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of business innovation and change management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities for innovation and change
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for business innovation and change management initiatives
  • Provide analytical and project management support to senior leaders and teams
  • Guide and supervise more junior staff, acting as a point of referral and supporting them with complex analysis and queries
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, economics, or engineering
  • 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity
  • Proven ability to develop new strategies and innovative projects
  • Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Experience with optimization processes
  • Collaborative spirit to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels and across different cultures
  • Time management skills with an ability to plan ahead, anticipate requirements, problems, and obstacles
Language:

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of a second UN language is a plus.

Visa:

WFP supports Visa applications and the position is based in Rome, Italy.
