Job Title: Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager

Job Summary:

The World Food Programme is seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business innovation projects and driving change management initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business innovation projects from conception to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive organizational transformation and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Provide analytical and project management support to senior leaders and teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
  • Guide and supervise junior staff, providing mentorship and coaching to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least six years of work experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong knowledge of business innovation and change management principles, with a proven track record of driving successful projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, teams, and external partners.
  • Fluency in English, with a high proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an international organization or with a global client base.
  • Knowledge of a second UN language is a plus.
