Change Management and Business Innovation Team Lead

The World Food Programme is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Change Management and Business Innovation Unit as a Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the organization's mission to eradicate hunger and malnutrition.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of business innovation projects, driving end-to-end solutions and change management initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote innovation and drive business transformation within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement.
- Provide advisory services to senior leadership and stakeholders on change management and business innovation strategies.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and high-quality results.
- Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business innovation and change management projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Fluency in English, with a second UN language a plus.
