Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager

Programa Mundial de Alimentos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Change Management and Business Innovation Unit as a Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute business innovation projects to drive strategic change and improvement within the organization.
- Develop and implement end-to-end solutions to address complex business challenges, including problem assessment, data analysis, operational model design, and change plan implementation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to prioritize innovation and change management initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and supervise a team of professionals to drive knowledge management, best practices sharing, and talent development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to identify business needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least six years of experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong track record of delivering business innovation and change management projects.
- Proven expertise in change management, business innovation, and process optimization, with a strong understanding of best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and solutions to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and drive insights to inform business decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, with a strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
