Change Management and Business Innovation Team Lead

About the Role:
The Programa Mundial de Alimentos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management and Business Innovation Team Lead to join its team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of the organization's Innovation and Knowledge Management division, you will be responsible for leading business innovation projects and driving change management initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business innovation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring successful implementation and impact.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive organizational transformation and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and stakeholders on change management and business innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including UN entities and external partners.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong track record of delivering business innovation projects and driving organizational change.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business innovation strategies and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required, with a strong proficiency in written and spoken language. Knowledge of a second UN language is an asset.
