Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Change Management and Business Innovation Unit as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing business innovation projects, driving change management initiatives, and providing strategic guidance to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business innovation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive organizational transformation and improve business processes.
- Provide strategic guidance to our leadership team on business innovation and change management priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and partners.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity.
- Proven track record of leading business innovation projects and driving organizational change.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in an international organization or with a global client base.
- Knowledge of business process optimization techniques and methodologies.
- Fluency in a second UN language is a plus.
