Job Title: Change Management and Business Innovation Case Team Leader

WFP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Change Management and Business Innovation Case Team. As a key member of our Innovation and Knowledge Management division, you will be responsible for driving business innovation and change management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of business innovation and change management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities for innovation and change
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for business innovation and change management initiatives
  • Provide analytical and project management support to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Guide and supervise junior staff in the development of business innovation and change management plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity
  • Proven ability to develop new strategies and innovative projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an international organization
  • Knowledge of a second UN language
