We are currently seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor for our team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating:

  • All operational aspects of facility management, ensuring safety and functionality
  • Management of the plant's Prevention and Protection Service
  • Security measures for company assets, including personnel safety and theft prevention
  • Procurement of essential products for daily operations
  • Maintenance and development of automation and service equipment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The perfect candidate will have a background in the Industrial & Logistics sector, demonstrating expertise in facilities management and general service processes, along with exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

Role Objectives:

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanliness protocols across all facilities
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to meet health and safety regulations
  • Plan and organize facility installations and renovations
  • Supervise facilities personnel and liaise with external contractors and suppliers
  • Manage insurance and service contracts
  • Ensure facilities adhere to maintenance protocols and regulatory codes
  • Collaborate on health and safety instructions to protect all personnel and visitors
  • Prepare Health and Safety Reports and respond to corporate inquiries promptly
  • Initiate plans to enhance safety within the facilities
  • Establish and enforce security standards for all staff and external personnel
  • Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and prepare financial reports related to procurement

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the General Services team
  • Delegate tasks effectively among team members
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections
  • Monitor the condition of both interior and exterior building areas
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with maintenance and installation tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in mechanical and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of fire prevention engineering
  • Familiarity with HVAC and other building systems
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Experience with automated storage and material handling systems
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification
  • Experience in planning and managing facility budgets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience in contract management
  • Attention to detail
