Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Transactions Lawyer to join our team at Haier Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents and contracts, with a particular focus on supply chain and logistics matters. Your expertise in contract law and commercial transactions will enable you to ensure that contracts are aligned with the company's strategic objectives while mitigating legal and commercial risks.

Main Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts, including supply chain and logistics agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet their operational and business requirements
- Provide comprehensive legal advice across various areas, including commercial, consumer, and contractual law

Requirements
- Master's degree in law from a law school in Italy
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience as in-house counsel for companies with international operations or in law firms advising corporate clients in cross-border matters
- Strong background in contract law and commercial transactions
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
