**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Account Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of wholesale strategies in Italy, focusing on building strong relationships with top accounts and driving profitable sales growth.

You'll work closely with agents to achieve company targets, support doors expansion, and ensure seamless execution. You'll also participate in negotiating top account contracts and agreements, ensuring company assortment guidelines implementation, and providing accurate forecasts based on order book & performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of wholesale strategies for assigned countries and accounts
  • Drive execution by agents to achieve company targets
  • Promote brand equity and increase market share through strategic account management
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at top accounts
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in fashion industry
  • Fluency in Italian and English languages
  • Strong knowledge of wholesale business models and principles
