Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team at KT - Kinetics Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient administration of contracts and consortium or joint venture agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To transfer contractual documents and information to the project team as appropriate.
  • To prepare in advance the necessary tools for contract management, including diagrams, lists of notices, and standard notices.
  • To identify contractual provisions that must be transferred to vendors and subcontractors and convey such provisions to the project procurement and subcontracting managers.
  • To prepare documents to ensure confidentiality obligations are fulfilled by operating company, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • To assist project members in handling contractually relevant matters, draft correspondence, and keep records of non-compliance.
  • To identify and prepare change order requests and claims with support from project control manager and issue timely notifications to clients.
  • To participate in negotiation and finalization of contract amendments and inform legal affairs and contracts of potential litigation proceedings.
  • To support project risk/opportunity management, group treasury, and project control manager in various aspects of contract administration.
