We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our Siemens Desigo portfolio support team in Milan. As a key member of our Smart Infrastructure Building Products team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical experts in various fields, including Comfort, Fire, Energy, and Security.
Your MissionAs a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert support and troubleshooting technical issues with our technical experts in countries during the entire product lifecycle of Siemens Desigo On-premise and Off-premise solutions (SaaS).
- Collecting feedback from individual projects, reproducing issues in the laboratory, identifying software bugs, and understanding customer change requests.
- Proactively proposing software improvements to R&D and product management organizations.
- Maintaining and improving in-depth knowledge on Siemens BMS software and supervised subsystems.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you should have:
- Experience in a technical support role.
- Problem-solving, communication, organizational, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
- A basic knowledge of new technologies and a passion for continuous learning.
- Knowledge of Energy, Comfort, Fire, Security field devices from Siemens is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
