We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a luxury hotel in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain the housekeeping budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the hotel's high standards are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
