Overview: Digital Campaign Strategist

The Digital Campaign Strategist executes influencer deals across multiple brands, owning and managing day-to-day campaign management, strategic input, casting, deal-making, and execution of campaigns for multiple brand clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Owning the overall success of assigned campaigns with the aim of delivering above and beyond on behalf of our clients
  2. Managing the day-to-day workload across assigned campaigns, including delegation of tasks to Coordinator(s) where needed and ensuring team alignment
  3. Building client materials, including talent slides, strategy decks, and campaign reports
  4. Staying up-to-date with trending talent and upcoming trends in the industry and on platforms
  5. Developing strong internal relationships with all disciplines

Campaign Development (Talent Casting & Deal-Making)

  1. Leading talent search and qualification process with attention to detail, including brand safety content audits, collecting thorough audience qualification and demographics, and safety vetting
  2. Leading talent and agent communication professionally and in a timely manner, from initial outreach to completing campaign deliverables
  3. Finding and proposing talent both internally and externally to brand clients
  4. Developing deal terms for talent, creative briefs, preparation of offers, and contract management
  5. Negotiating and managing deals; ensuring all contracts are accurate and all key needs are met

Campaign Execution (Management & Reporting)

  1. Managing campaigns from end-to-end, including creative briefing, timeline/deliverable management, and creative reviews
  2. Ensuring talent posts are high-quality and meet or exceed expectations
  3. Ensuring talent is paid in a timely manner and that working with Reach is a positive experience
  4. Tracking audience sentiment in real-time and flagging any potential issues, including influencer behavior, that could impact the campaign or client
  5. Keeping brand partners informed every step of the way with all talent updates
  6. Developing end-of-campaign reports, including gathering data and providing analysis, insights, and recommendations

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role typically would be based at our offices in Venice, CA, USA, although due to COVID-19, the position is currently remote-based on West Coast hours.
