Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Finance Analyst to join our Global Sales Finance team.

The Sales Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team during pricing negotiations by conducting detailed analyses and consolidating the impact of pricing variances on revenue. This position also involves participation in various activities such as sales budgeting, forecasting, updating sales reporting tools, and managing the customer contracts database. Furthermore, the analyst will collaborate with other members of the Global Sales Finance team, focusing on customer scorecards, CRM tool management, market intelligence, and sales strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and manage price adjustments
  • Maintain and update pricing adjustment rules across the business unit
  • Forecast pricing data collection and simulate impacts at a global level
  • Analyze price tracking files to generate simulations and summaries by plant and region
  • Assist in sales budgeting processes
  • Update and enhance sales reporting tools

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum experience in a relevant field (accounting, finance, customer service), including internships or apprenticeships
  • Strong eagerness to learn and grow

Hard Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MS Power BI
