IDEXX è alla ricerca di un professionista entusiasta e proattivo per ricoprire il ruolo di Facilities Associate con sede a Milano, Italia.

Il candidato ideale supporterà tutti i servizi di facilities della sede di Milano sotto la supervisione del Facilities Coordinator Italia. Sarà un partner strategico e un fornitore di servizi di prima scelta per i team aziendali.

Responsabilità
  1. Accoglienza e Gestione delle Richieste: accogliere tutti i visitatori e il personale in modo amichevole, cortese e professionale e garantire che tutte le richieste siano gestite in modo appropriato.
  2. Gestione delle Chiamate e della Posta: gestire le chiamate in entrata e indirizzarle al team di riferimento, gestire la posta in entrata e in uscita (posta ordinaria e casella PEC).
  3. Supporto Amministrativo: fornire servizi di concierge di alto livello al personale, agli ospiti e ai fornitori, come prenotazioni alberghiere e organizzazione dei trasporti.
  4. Registrazione e Verifica: registrazione del libro degli ospiti, creazione e rilascio di badge di accesso per dipendenti e visitatori e verifica della loro restituzione.
  5. Coordinamento e Supporto: coordinarsi con gli assistenti di direzione per garantire che tutti gli ospiti e le riunioni siano gestiti in modo professionale, assicurarsi che l'area di ricevimento rifletta un ambiente positivo.
  6. Supporto Amministrativo: fornire un solido supporto verbale e amministrativo al Facility Coordinator e ad altri dipartimenti, svolgendo mansioni amministrative come la spedizione di posta ai clienti, coordinamento delle visite mediche, supporto amministrativo alla flotta di auto, gestione delle fatture dell'ufficio, archiviazione, stampa/scansione e corrispondenza.
  7. Gestione delle Forniture: gestire le forniture d'ufficio.
  8. Supporto alla Salute e alla Sicurezza: supportare le attività relative al Dipartimento Health & Safety.
Requisiti Fondamentali
  1. Appartenenza alle categorie protette.
  2. Titolo di Studio: diploma di maturità o laurea.
  3. Conoscenza di Microsoft Office; preferibile anche conoscenza di SAP e Maximo.
  4. Lingue: fluente in italiano e un buon livello di inglese.
  5. Esperienza nell'assistenza clienti o nel contatto con i clienti.
  6. Capacità di comunicare efficacemente sia oralmente che per iscritto.
  7. Capacità di interagire con tutti i livelli di individui in modo diretto, tempestivo e professionale.
  8. Proattività e autonomia nella gestione delle attività giornaliere.
  9. Capacità di proiettare un'immagine aziendale professionale sia nell'aspetto che nel servizio al cliente.
  10. Essere ben organizzato, orientato ai dettagli e in grado di svolgere più attività.
