Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible terms
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Track and report on project progress against set contractual obligations
  • Produce high-quality customer quotations and proposals
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files
  • Participate in industry trade shows to develop business relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on project progress and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client management or a related field
  • Ability to speak Italian is necessary
  • Knowledge of project management basics and principles
  • Organized and self-disciplined with excellent administration and paperwork skills
  • Aware of the impact of own behavior on others and able to respond appropriately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, motivated, and committed to developing own knowledge and skills
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
