About the Position

Coesia, a leading company in the industrial machinery sector, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join its E-commerce Technologies division. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of innovative products for the E-commerce market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with internal and external resources to drive engineering design and development
  2. Conduct research and evaluation of electrical components to ensure optimal performance
  3. Analyze compliance with current machine safety regulations, evaluating safety sheets associated with projects
  4. Monitor machine performance levels, controls, and magnetic fields to ensure seamless operation
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external customers throughout the commissioning phase

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in automation machinery, preferably in a supervisory role
  • A Master's degree in automation, electronics, or a related field (a plus)
  • Strong understanding of EPLAN and machinery safety regulations
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • Capacity to manage and coordinate a team of resources
  • Willingness to travel (20-30% of the time)
