At Amazon, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Workplace Safety Specialist. This critical role plays a key part in driving improvements on-site and at a regional level, ensuring a culture of safety and inclusivity.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives.
  • Analyze data reports and root causes to inform leadership decisions.
  • Provide guidance on health and safety projects and policies.
  • Drive improvements in technical equipment specifications and designs.
  • Travel within the region to support site-based initiatives.
A Day in the Life

This role is instrumental in maintaining high safety standards, improving functionality, and driving process improvements. You'll work closely with your team to implement changes and seize opportunities to enhance our safety culture.

About the Team

Our Workplace Health and Safety team is dedicated to ensuring our employees are mentally and physically well at work. We work closely with managers, associates, and local governments to maintain safe workplaces and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and regulations.

Location

We're open to hiring candidates to work out of one of our locations in Italy: Grugliasco, Milano, Origgio, or Torino.
