Armani Hotel Milan, a prestigious 5-star luxury establishment situated in the renowned Milan fashion district, is seeking a Booking Specialist to join our Reservations team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage incoming reservation calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest needs are prioritized;
- Engage with guests over the phone in a courteous and effective manner;
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with colleagues and other departments at all times;
- Relay any issues affecting guest satisfaction promptly, enabling appropriate corrective actions;
- Uphold exceptional standards of personal appearance and grooming.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous;
- Familiarity with Opera software;
- Prior experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment;
- Strong communication and sales abilities. Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
