Role of the Clinical Application Specialist:
The Clinical Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting Philips IGT-D products while enhancing disposable utilization through comprehensive clinical education and support within cath-labs in the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering essential training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals. Sharing technical product insights and conducting training for hospital staff, including hands-on support in cath-labs during procedures. Maintaining regular communication with users to monitor system performance, ensuring confidence in Philips IGT-D products and addressing any operational challenges. Driving and increasing disposable utilization in the assigned region, contributing to revenue growth and market positioning aligned with company objectives. Fostering robust relationships with hospital physicians, catheter lab teams, and other relevant personnel. Collaborating with Marketing and internal departments to evaluate needs and provide valuable competitive insights. Managing and tracking product complaints in accordance with company protocols.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related clinical/scientific discipline. 3-5 years of experience in clinical support within a cath-lab environment. Proficiency in English alongside fluency in Italian. Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time to facilitate disposable usage in cath-labs. Strong customer focus and exceptional stakeholder management abilities.What We Provide:
