Job Title: Specialist in Operations ITOT Automation


Job Summary:


The Specialist in Operations ITOT Automation will collaborate with the OT scope of semi-automated and automated lines being deployed and operated across the RLT Network. They will establish, maintain, and improve automation processes for site buildings, equipment, and utilities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and develop process control systems, including coding and recipes for DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and control networks.
  • Implement and maintain historian configurations for modules, visualization, and OPEX.
  • Manage software change controls related to automation and system changes.
  • Design and implement master batch records (MBR) for MES.
  • Develop and deliver OT activities such as backup and recovery, patch management, remote access, and user access.
  • Prepare equipment specifications, execute health and safety risk assessments, and manage project commissioning and handover.
  • Improve the availability and reliability of technical services, including infrastructure and utilities.
  • Support audits, implement technical standards, lead improvement projects, and develop talent.
  • Enhance the reliability and condition of assets, establish maintenance processes, and investigate deviations.
  • Develop strategies and frameworks for managing vendor and contractor contracts.

Requirements:



  • 1+ year of engineering experience in automation, OT, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in resolving software/automation/OT problems and maintaining reliable operation of all building control/automation/OT and related systems.
  • Ability to own and develop automation solutions consistent with specific manufacturing environment needs while complying with global standards.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions.
  • Skills in C&Q within automation (CSV).
  • Knowledge of GxP/HSE & quality systems.
  • English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
