Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Truck Planner (1.0 FTE) for our office in IT-Novara.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive Operations Trucking Planner within the Italian operations team.
  • Monitor and follow up on transport activities in a proactive manner.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication with colleagues involved in trucking and train planning.
  • Ensure clear communication with drivers and clients.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of transport management.
  • Prepare the planning for the following day.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • Ambitious and seeking a role that offers both challenge and impact.
  • Possess strong communication skills, logical reasoning abilities, and analytical thinking.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and seek operational solutions for clients.
  • Desire a significant level of responsibility and thrive in the fast-paced environment of planning.
  • Strong geographical knowledge is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
