L'Sales Development Executive si occuperà di garantire la realizzazione degli obiettivi di vendita attraverso lo sviluppo ed il consolidamento di una relazione professionale con i clienti acquisiti e potenziali dell'area geografica assegnata. Seguirà le attività di monitoraggio ed analisi dei dati (commerciali/finanziari), per la specifica clientela di competenza, attraverso la metodologia e gli strumenti indicati dall'azienda.

In questa posizione sarai coinvolto nella creazione di un piano di vendita annuale che tenga conto delle esigenze dei clienti e dei loro bisogni. Ti impegnerai anche nell'analisi dei risultati (commerciali/finanziari) per la specifica clientela di competenza e nell'applicazione della metodologia e degli strumenti a supporto dell'attività commerciale secondo tempi e modalità concordate con il tuo Manager.

Compiti principali:

  1. Creare un piano di vendita annuale che tenga conto delle esigenze dei clienti e dei loro bisogni;
  2. Analizzare i risultati (commerciali/finanziari) per la specifica clientela di competenza;
  3. Applicare la metodologia e gli strumenti a supporto dell'attività commerciale secondo tempi e modalità concordate con il tuo Manager;
  4. Garantire puntualità e completezza nella redazione dei report/analisi richiesti dalla Direzione;
  5. Partecipare attivamente allo sviluppo dello spirito di team condividendo obiettivi, metodi, informazioni e quanto utile all'affermazione del gruppo.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o laurea;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali presso multinazionali operanti in settori fortemente competitivi e dinamici;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Spiccate capacità negoziali;
  • Autonomia e orientamento al risultato;
  • Ampia disponibilità a viaggiare;
  • Conoscenza del tessuto geografico di riferimento;
