Flowserve Corporation: Customer Service Excellence Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Excellence Manager to join our team at Flowserve Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects related to warranty, service, repair, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the service team, ensuring seamless execution of contracts and delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  • Coordinate warranty and field service activities across the sub-region, working closely with global Quick Response Centres (QRCs) and EMEA Field Service Organization.
  • Solicit assistance from EMEA Field Service Organization as needed, leading by Georg Samonig in Austria.
  • Supervise Field Service Technicians, reviewing and signing off on reports, and identifying upgrade and retrofit opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitoring profitability, optimizing process flows and implementing innovative service processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in service and customer support, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Oracle, SAP, IGS, P NXT, Valquo, Windchill, Valvesight, LMS, PMP, ISOquest, SharePoint, FlexDash, MS-Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the sub-region, with occasional international travel.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
