Descrizione del Lavoro:

  • Il candidato ideale avrà la responsabilità di gestire l'intero ciclo finanziario dell'azienda, dalla pianificazione e controllo del bilancio all'analisi dei costi e delle prestazioni.
  • In particolare, il Financial Controller si occuperà di:
    • Preparare il budget e le previsioni finanziarie
    • Monitorare e analizzare i risultati finanziari dell'azienda
    • Fornire supporto alla Direzione nella definizione delle strategie aziendali
    • Collaborare con il team di contabilit per garantire la corretta registrazione delle transazioni finanziarie
    • Identificare e analizzare le opportunit di miglioramento dell'efficienza e della redditività dell'azienda

Profilo del Candidato:

  • Laurea in Economia o Finanza
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in posizioni analoghe
  • Forte conoscenza dei principi contabili e finanziari
  • Capacità di gestire e analizzare grandi quantità di dati
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e dei principali strumenti di analisi finanziaria
  • Eccellenti competenze comunicative e di relazione interpersonale
  • Forte orientamento al risultato e alla soluzione dei problemi
