Customer Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager to join our sales team at myPOS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
About the Role:- You will engage with inbound leads, generate outbound opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of new revenue targets.
- Your efforts will be instrumental in building a robust sales pipeline and driving the growth of the myPOS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Lead Engagement: Engage inbound leads from web forms and partners, understand their business needs, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a solutions consultant and payment expert, offering tailored myPOS solutions that meet client needs.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outbound cold calling.
- Negotiation & Deals Closing: Discuss and finalize pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure agreements.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM.
- A minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience, including generating leads through cold calling and closing deals.
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
