In our Italy offices, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Purchasing Manager/Senior Buyer role.

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team in a stimulating environment where growth is encouraged. They will contribute to international projects and develop a mix of skills to face complex challenges in Industry 4.0.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Management of direct relationships with suppliers;
  • Entry of supplier master data;
  • Receipt of goods and insertion of sales and/or order delivery documents;
  • Warehouse reporting (inventories, stock checks, picking lists);
  • Registration of order confirmations;
  • Supplier order timing monitoring;
  • Management and control of incoming material;
  • Verification of purchase invoices;
  • Management of any complaints and returns;
Requirements:Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics with specialization in Administration, Finance, and Marketing.

Minimum Experience Level:

Medium/High level of experience.

Languages:

Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level).

  • Proactive and positive attitude;
  • Experience in the Purchasing Department;
  • A strong interest in industrial automation;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Good communication and customer service skills;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines;

Full-time contract; Work schedule: Monday to Friday; Place of work: In person.

 

We estimate the salary range to be around €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable positions in Italy.
