About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Demand Planning Professional to join our team at SC Johnson. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Demand Planning Team in developing accurate forecasts for our products.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with cross-functional partners to collect and analyze past/future demand inputs from Sales and Marketing.
- You will calculate the impacts of these inputs on demand and develop a comprehensive forecast.
- You will collaborate with supply partners to understand the latest supply constraints and their impact on demand.
- You will analyze and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.
Requirements
- You must have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in economics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related business field.
- You should have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- You must be fluent in Italian and English.
