The ME Department Communications Assistant will assist in maintaining the department's social media presence, conduct student interviews, create engaging social media content, design digital signage and event graphics, and support department events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the department's social media accounts
  • Conduct student interviews for departmental projects
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies
  • Design digital signage and event graphics
  • Support department events, including preparation, execution, and breakdown
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and design skills
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with department staff
