Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Planning: Analyze market trends and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our requisitions.
  2. Inventory Management: Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  3. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  4. Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials and daily performance reports.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to accounting staff on procurement processes, software, and best practices.
  7. Internal Controls: Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal controls and corporate policies and procedures.
  8. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and assist with monthly reporting and forecasting.
Requirements
  1. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
