#ELC Trade Marketing
Trade Marketing serves as the catalyst for enhancing the marketing experience for our Clients. The objective of this team is to realize the aspirations behind all activations.
The Role
You will take charge of developing brand trade strategies in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager, aimed at fostering and strengthening relationships with key partners. Additionally, you will work alongside various teams, acting as the representative for the brands with all internal and external stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas
- Daily engagement with retailers to tailor marketing initiatives in alignment with brand strategies and client-specific requirements;
- Oversee the entire process of producing and supplying Trade materials;
- Conduct analyses of Trade activities to identify and implement necessary corrective measures;
- Collaborate with all corporate functions, particularly Sales and Visual Merchandising, while working closely with agencies and suppliers;
- Manage the production and distribution of trade materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within a retail, cosmetics, or luxury goods environment;
- A passion for the beauty industry;
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen focus on timelines to ensure timely market entry;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
