Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, assess, and negotiate commercial agreements in both Italian and English.
  • Offer legal counsel and assistance to operational teams throughout Europe.
  • Oversee GDPR compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards and corporate governance.
  • Manage potential legal conflicts.
  • Support the structuring of the legal department and associated business processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in business law or contract law.
  • A minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience, ideally within an international corporation or law firm.
  • Experience in establishing legal departments is advantageous.
  • Strong adaptability and a business-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for addressing legal and technological challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
