At Siemens Mobility S.r.l., we are looking for a talented Financial Project Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Mobility business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high level of standards for the completion of all projects related to commercial and financial matters.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Siemens-FRG and local GAAP requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording in SAP and other systems.
  • Perform general controlling operations and ensure all related project reporting and controlling activities.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing financial results, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, and assets and financing instruments.
  • Actively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manage commercial issues.
  • Proactively set up contracts and claim management in the project, involving the contract manager as needed.
  • Identify, evaluate, and assess commercial risks and opportunities, taking full responsibility for commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Represent the project in relevant decision boards internally and externally.
  • Lead commercial project team members to act according to Business Conduct Guidelines and establish a culture of trust and integrity.
  • Support Business Administration Management of assigned business organizations.
  • Support completion of financial analysis, planning, and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics.
  • Consistent professional work experience as a finance professional supporting project business and controlling activities, preferably in B2B markets.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Ability to work in a team, sometimes located abroad, and think from the customer's perspective.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management, and ability to propose improvement actions.
  • Able to interact, create a good environment, collaboration, teamwork, and communicate effectively with people at all levels and cultures.
  • Proven skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient knowledge in English and Italian.
  • Flexibility to work on multiple projects and prioritize autonomously.
  • Passion to never-stop growing.
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
