TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative

Are you looking for a challenging role in the healthcare industry? Do you have experience in a medical or clinical environment? Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Beneficiary Services Representative in Aviano, Italy.

The successful candidate will provide beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program under the Defense Health Agency. This includes verifying benefits eligibility, processing enrollments, and resolving enrollment discrepancies.

As a Beneficiary Services Representative, you will serve as a liaison for the beneficiary population, providing education on resources and benefits, and assisting with claims and other health-related issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying benefits eligibility and processing enrollments
  • Resolving enrollment discrepancies and running weekly reports
  • Providing education on resources and benefits
  • Assisting with claims and other health-related issues
  • Collecting and processing transfer information
  • Conducting briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, and other events

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member or DoD employee
  • US Citizenship
  • ADP II/IT II clearance
  • Three years' cumulative experience in a medical or clinical environment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Associate degree
  • Knowledge of Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System and CHCS
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in written and oral communications
