As a Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Carrier Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our Operations department, helping us achieve our goal of digitizing and automating all road logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with carriers to ensure stable growth and high-quality transport services
  • Collaborate with the principal of operations, ops, finance, and quality teams to optimize transport services
  • Identify and onboard key partners to expand our carrier network within Italy
  • Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle inquiries from carriers
  • Use data analysis to identify opportunities and offer solutions to partners

Requirements:

  • Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (Excel)
  • Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities
  • Knowledge of geography transport rules
  • 1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road
  • Fluent Italian and good English language skills
  • Attention to detail and organized approach
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress
  • Mediation skills and claims management
