Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers, while also ensuring compliance with international trade and export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of transport orders
  • Contacting customers and communicating transport solutions
  • Communication with transport companies and customs brokers
  • Preparation and organization of transport and customs documents
  • Processing of transport prices, INCOTERMS, and storage costs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a logistic planner/coordinator
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on customs clearance procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge and experience with automation systems such as MS Office, CRM, and ERP
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of Incoterms
  • Sea freight shipment experience
  • Systematic, independent, and able to work in teams
  • Well-organized and structured with the ability to set priorities
  • Anticipates and overcomes obstacles
  • Problem-solving and self-motivated attitude, ability to cooperate within a team
