Job Description

As a Maritime Logistics Coordinator Trainee at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a vital role in coordinating transport activities within the Operational Care Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing necessary bookings with our partners through destination offices
  • Collecting and processing customer orders
  • Managing shipments, including export and import procedures with suppliers
  • Processing financial tasks related to operational activities
  • Maintaining compliance with rules and regulations governing sea transport and associated national protocols

You will also support your colleagues by learning and applying due diligence in various OCC disciplines, such as:

  • Customer Order Processing
  • Shipment Management
  • Supplier Management/Procurement
  • Documentation Management
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CARE IN SUPPORT OF THE CCL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
  • Operational Data Quality
  • Billing/FSL Handling/Payables
  • Other operational activities needed to deliver the Customer Promise

In this role, you will utilize your analytical and organizational skills to ensure seamless logistics coordination. A strong understanding of English is required, and excellent communication skills are essential for success.
